Brandon Bourgoin, PT, DPT
Helping You Move Better, Recover Stronger, and Return to What You Love

Brandon Bourgoin, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Reform Physical Therapy’s Eliot clinic. A familiar face within the Reform community, Brandon previously treated patients at our Kennebunk location and is excited to return to the team to continue helping patients move better, recover from injury, and get back to the activities that matter most.
Born and raised in Maine, Brandon grew up in the town of Lee, where his passion for movement and athletics started early. Throughout high school, he participated in basketball and cross country, experiences that helped shape his appreciation for physical activity, performance, and the importance of staying active throughout life.
A Personalized Approach to Physical Therapy
Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maine in 2017 before continuing his education at the University of New England, where he completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2020.
Known for his goal-oriented mindset, sense of humor, and ability to connect with others, Brandon believes successful rehabilitation starts with understanding each patient’s individual story. He values taking the time to learn about each person’s goals, lifestyle, and challenges in order to create personalized treatment plans designed around what matters most to them.
Brandon enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and has a special interest in sports-related injuries, complex lifting injuries, TMJ dysfunction, running injuries, and gait abnormalities. Whether helping an athlete return to competition, supporting someone recovering from an injury, or helping patients improve everyday movement, Brandon focuses on creating meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Life Outside the Clinic
Outside of treating patients, Brandon enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing everything Maine has to offer. You can often find him hiking, fishing, playing guitar, or spending time with family at their camp in Washington County.
Brandon currently resides in Saco and is excited to continue serving the Southern Maine community as part of the Reform Physical Therapy team.
