Christina Brunswick PT

Helping You Move Better, Feel Stronger, and Get Back to Life

Christina Monroe, PT, DPT, is the Clinic Supervisor and a physical therapist at Reform Physical Therapy’s Brunswick clinic. Since joining Reform in 2014, Christina has been dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Known for her compassionate care, positive attitude, and encouraging approach, she creates an environment where patients feel supported, motivated, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Originally from Rhode Island, Christina made Maine her home after marrying a Maine native. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2009 before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University in 2013. From the beginning of her career, Christina knew outpatient orthopedic physical therapy was the perfect fit because it allowed her to build meaningful relationships with patients while providing one-on-one, individualized care.

Christina treats a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, sports-related injuries, and neurological impairments. She believes every patient deserves a treatment plan tailored to their goals, whether they are recovering from surgery, returning to sport, overcoming an injury, or simply wanting to move through everyday life with less pain and greater confidence.

Committed to providing the highest quality care, Christina regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest evidence-based treatment techniques. She has completed advanced training in dry needling, blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy, Graston Technique®, manual therapy, cervical and thoracic spine rehabilitation, shoulder stabilization, and aquatic rehabilitation. She also has a strong interest in patient education and treatment adherence, helping patients understand their condition and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Christina’s upbeat personality and positive energy are often just as therapeutic as the treatment itself. She believes rehabilitation should be challenging, encouraging, and enjoyable, creating an atmosphere where patients feel comfortable celebrating every milestone along the way.

Outside the clinic, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children. Whether she’s running on the treadmill, catching up on her favorite Netflix shows, or enjoying family time, she embraces an active lifestyle that reflects the same energy she brings to her patients every day.
