Branden George PT Topsham at Reform Physical Therapy
Branden George, PT, DPT

Branden George, PT, DPT, is the Clinic Supervisor at Reform Physical Therapy’s Topsham clinic. Since joining Reform in 2021, he has helped patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they enjoy through individualized, one-on-one physical therapy.

As an experienced orthopedic physical therapist, Branden combines evidence-based treatment with a calm, thoughtful approach that helps patients feel confident throughout every stage of recovery. He believes successful rehabilitation begins with understanding each person’s unique goals and creating a treatment plan that supports lasting results.

Personalized Physical Therapy Care in Topsham

Branden earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Ithaca College in 2016 and 2018. During his education, he also studied injury and rehabilitation psychology, giving him valuable insight into the physical and mental aspects of recovery.

Before joining Reform Physical Therapy, Branden gained extensive experience treating orthopedic conditions in outpatient clinics throughout Maine. Today, he continues to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that is tailored to each patient’s lifestyle, goals, and functional needs.

Whether someone is recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or returning to an active lifestyle, Branden develops personalized treatment plans that help patients move with greater confidence and independence.

Orthopedic Rehabilitation Expertise

Branden specializes in treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions using both conservative and post-operative rehabilitation techniques. His clinical interests include shoulder injuries, neck pain, low back pain, ankle injuries, and sports-related conditions.

He also has advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, and balance rehabilitation for patients of all ages. By evaluating movement as a whole, Branden helps patients improve mobility, restore strength, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries.

His approach blends hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, functional movement training, and patient education to achieve long-term success rather than short-term symptom relief.

Branden’s Approach to Patient Care

Branden believes every patient deserves individualized care built around their specific goals. He takes time to listen, educate, and motivate each person while creating engaging treatment sessions that encourage confidence throughout the rehabilitation process.

As Clinic Supervisor of Reform Physical Therapy’s Topsham clinic, Branden is committed to maintaining the high standard of one-on-one care that defines Reform. He works closely with patients and colleagues to create a supportive environment focused on exceptional outcomes and meaningful recovery.

Life Outside the Clinic

Outside the clinic, Branden enjoys tackling DIY home improvement projects, playing golf, and exploring Maine’s trails with his wife and their dog. His curiosity, creativity, and appreciation for an active lifestyle carry over into the care he provides every day.
