Helping You Build Strength, Improve Balance, and Move with Confidence

Hilary Tardiff, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Reform Physical Therapy’s Kennebunk clinic. She is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, improve balance, and restore independence through compassionate, individualized care. Hilary believes every patient deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey. In addition, she works closely with each individual to develop treatment plans that align with their goals and lifestyle.

Born in Maine and returning to Southern Maine in 2015, Hilary’s passion for physical therapy began at an early age after experiencing an injury herself. Watching her brother recover from three ACL and meniscus surgeries further inspired her. As a result, she pursued a career where she could help others overcome physical challenges and return to the activities they enjoy.

Hilary earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Husson University before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Moreover, she has particular experience working alongside older adults to improve balance, mobility, and functional independence.

She has a special interest in treating patients experiencing balance impairments, memory-related conditions, and age-related mobility challenges. Hilary understands that successful rehabilitation involves more than treating physical symptoms—it requires patience, trust, education, and meaningful relationships with both patients and their families.

Most recently, Hilary has returned to orthopedic physical therapy with a renewed passion for hands-on care. She enjoys incorporating manual therapy into her treatment sessions. Moreover, she continues to expand her clinical skills through ongoing continuing education and evidence-based practice. Her treatment approach combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional movement training, and patient education to help individuals reduce pain, restore movement, and improve their overall quality of life.

Outside the clinic, Hilary enjoys spending time with her husband and children. Whether she’s golfing with her family or coaching her children’s basketball and soccer teams, she enjoys staying active. Additionally, she enjoys everything Maine has to offer. She values staying active and creating meaningful connections both at home and within her community.
