Max Langevin, PT, DPT
Helping You Recover Stronger, Move Better, and Return to What You Love

Max Langevin, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Reform Physical Therapy’s Yarmouth clinic. He provides personalized care focused on helping individuals recover from injuries, rebuild strength, and return to the activities they love. Patients can expect expert support from him at every step.
Max understands firsthand the impact physical therapy can have on someone’s life. His interest in the profession began after experiencing rehabilitation himself following an Ultimate Frisbee injury during college. However, his passion for becoming a physical therapist grew even stronger while helping his mother through her ACL recovery. These experiences showed Max how quality care, encouragement, and individualized treatment can improve not only a person’s movement but also their confidence and quality of life- as seen in the journey of dedicated physical therapists such as Max Langevin PT DPT.
