  • Cupping Therapy – At our Brunswick clinic, cupping therapy is a favorite among athletes and weekend warriors from Bowdoin to the Androscoggin. This ancient technique helps improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and speed recovery.

  • Vestibular and Balance Therapy– We treat dizziness, vertigo, and balance issues to improve stability and confidence.
  • Chronic Pain Care– We provide personalized treatment for chronic pain through targeted exercises, manual therapy, and evidence-based techniques. Our goal is to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help you return to daily activities with more comfort, strength, and confidence.
  • Ergonomic Assessments-Our ergonomic assessments help you work safer and more comfortably by evaluating posture, workstation setup, and daily movement patterns. We identify strain points and provide personalized adjustments to reduce pain, prevent injury, and support long-term goals.
  • Graston Technique– The team at Reform Physical Therapy uses the Graston Technique as an instrument-assisted soft tissue treatment to help break down scar tissue and improve mobility. As a result, this approach can reduce pain, restore movement, and support faster recovery from both acute and chronic injuries.
  • Motion Analysis Test– Our Motion Analysis Test evaluates how your body moves during every day or athletic activities. Using detailed observation and assessment, we identify movement inefficiencies, pain triggers, and areas of weakness, then create a plan to improve performance.
  • Sports Physicals– Our sports physicals ensure athletes are healthy, strong, and ready for the season. We assess mobility, strength, medical history, and injury risk to keep you safe and performing your best. A quick, thorough evaluation for athletes of all ages
  • Pre- & Post-Surgical Care– Our pre- and post-surgical care supports you through every stage of recovery. We help build strength before surgery and provide targeted therapy afterward to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function so you can return to daily activities.

What can I say that will equal the attention and care I was given.
First thing that got my attention was the first time after walking for her. She spotted something that I hadn't mentioned and wasn't in my records, I hadn't told anyone that it bothered me.
When you have someone with that ability you have an excellent therapist.
Even other therapist speak if they notice something.
And when you leave tired and sweaty, you've had a good day.
Great folks there.

Thank you all .

Truly an incredible team. I’ve done PT in my past with help… but nothing in comparison to the help I’ve received from Reform! The laughs, the enthusiasm and the energy in the environment they’ve built is outstanding and makes being in PT a pleasurable experience.

I received direct care from Emily and she was just outstanding. Bed side manner, the knowledge, the confidence in her capabilities as a Physical Therapist is 10/10!

The whole team, including the front desk receptionist, are incredibly inviting and very knowledgeable!

I had a very positive experience at the Yarmouth office after having shoulder surgery. My PT guy, Nat Runge took the time to understand my goals and helped me make steady, meaningful progress, all while keeping things light and enjoyable with his great sense of humor. - Thanks Nat!
The PT space feels relaxed and easy to be in and Nina at the front desk is friendly, organized, and clearly knows what she's doing! I recommend this office to anyone looking for thoughtful effective care. - Thanks Nina!

Shout out to the Brunswick location, and the cohesive, collaborative experience I had during my healing journey (Achilles tendinitis). From the very first contact, Susan was professional, friendly, and served to lighten the mood every time I arrived. Initially, I was in serious pain, and not really looking forward to these visits. She put me at ease right away, every time. She also worked with me to develop a realistic schedule, making adjustments where necessary without losing momentum.

Nic, my initial therapist, did an incredible job of explaining what I was doing with each exercise, and why. I found him endearing and engaging in a way that felt authentic and encouraging, even after a small setback. Alex gave me pro tips that drastically changed the way I do everyday things (posture, footsteps) that did wonders to improve my overall life. Then Katherine came in at the end and pushed me to work harder, be stronger, and accomplish more than I’d imagined possible. She also did this in a very casual, unassuming manner - of course I could do 3 sets of 10! 😂

I’m healed from my injury, thanks to Reform, and I’ll miss working with them. I’m excited to get back to early morning walks with my dog, and every time I take a pain free step, I’ll think of this magical crew and send vibes of gratitude. Five stars, 10/10, all of it!

I went to Reform for PT after a total knee replacement - 4 months, twice a week. They are great! I had a very competent therapist who was a good listener, problem solver and motivator. They have a good space with an upbeat environment. I esp appreciated the leg press sled machine designed for strength work in knee recovery.
