Helping Patients Move Better, Build Strength, and Regain Confidence

Comprehensive Physical Therapy Care in South Portland
Mackenzie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Sacred Heart University. Her clinical background includes outpatient orthopedics, pelvic health, vestibular and balance rehabilitation, neurological care, and hospital-based settings. As a South Portland Physical Therapist, she draws on diverse experience to meet community needs.
This diverse experience allows Mackenzie to evaluate the full picture of each patient’s movement, symptoms, and goals. Whether she is helping someone recover after surgery, improve balance, address pelvic health concerns, or regain strength after an injury, she focuses on providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Expertise
Mackenzie combines her orthopedic knowledge with specialized pelvic floor training to provide comprehensive care. Her orthopedic experience includes treating post-surgical patients, sports injuries, joint pain, and musculoskeletal conditions. Moreover, as a South Portland Physical Therapist, she is equipped to handle a broad range of patient needs.
Additionally, Mackenzie helps patients experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum concerns, core dysfunction, and other pelvic health conditions. She prioritizes creating a comfortable, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident throughout their care.
Mackenzie’s Approach to Patient Care
Mackenzie believes education and communication are essential parts of successful rehabilitation. She takes time to ensure patients understand their diagnosis, treatment plan, and the purpose behind each exercise.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, she works to improve movement patterns, build strength, and create sustainable progress that continues beyond discharge. Every treatment plan is individualized, and every patient is treated with compassion and respect. This commitment is what sets her apart as a South Portland Physical Therapist.
As Clinical Supervisor of the South Portland clinic, Mackenzie is committed to maintaining the high standard of one-on-one care that defines Reform Physical Therapy. She leads with empathy, strong clinical reasoning, and a team-focused mindset while supporting both patients and staff.
