Jill Partridge, MSGM

Jill Partridge has over 18 years experience operating a physical therapy clinic. She has a Master’s Degree in General Management from Lesley College in Cambridge, MA and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Simmons College in Boston, MA. Jill oversees the business side of Reform PT, including insurances, billing and human resources. Jill was raised in Maine and after operating two physical therapy clinics in Scituate and Norwell Massachusetts, was eager to return.


Christina Levesque Monroe, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Topsham

Christina Levesque is a Rhode Island native who joined the Reform Physical Therapy clinic in October, 2014 after getting married. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology(’09) and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (’13) from Franklin Pierce University. Since graduating, Christina has worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting. She has participated in continuing education courses on manual therapy specifically treatment of cervical and lower back pain. She has also completed courses on maintaining patient compliance to achieve successful discharges. Her areas of interest include patients with general orthopedic impairments, sports related injuries, and neurological conditions. “I believe a person can control their pain, not let their pain control them”.

Delaney Gaetano, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Topsham

Earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and joined the Reform team in 2018.

Although Delaney enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions including neck and back pain, shoulder pain, vestibular issues, gait and balance problems, and post-operative rehabilitation, her true passion lies in working with and treating patients suffering from chronic pain conditions. She is trained in Autonomic Awareness Technique (AAT) and has spent her first year of practice focusing on how the nervous system influences pain, recovery, and chronic mobility problems

Nicholas Paré , PT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Topsham

Nicholas Paré is a New England native that joined our Topsham clinic in 2020. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (2017), Nic went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2019) from Husson University in Bangor. Nic’s wide range of experience working in outpatient, post-operative, and orthopedic therapy settings has allowed him to become familiar with treating patients with varying needs and fitness levels. Nic is motivated by seeing his patients return to active, pain-free lifestyles and continues to advance his skillset in order to provide the highest quality therapy possible. Nic is a Certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist and has extensive education in treating vertigo, post-concussion syndrome, cervical dizziness, along with other neurological and balance-related issues.

Branden George, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Topsham

Living in Maine since 2018, Branden joined the Reform team in 2021 previously working in the outpatient orthopedic settings. Branden received his bachelor’s and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Ithaca College in 2016 and 2018 respectively, with a minor focus in injury and rehabilitation psychology. Branden enjoys treating a wide spectrum of orthopedic conditions both conservatively and post operatively, with greater expertise in shoulder, neck, ankle, and low back conditions. Other areas of interest and experience include vestibular dysfunction, temporomandibular dysfunction, and balance training for all age ranges. Branden prides himself on creating individualized and creative approaches to each case, making sure your treatment is tailored to your goals and needs


Tonya Duniven
Patient Care Coordinator – Topsham

Tonya was born & raised and attended college in Wisconsin and has lived in various states across America since then. She finally settled in Maine in August, 2020 and joined the Reform team in early 2021. Prior to joining our team, Tonya worked in residential, correctional, and retail facilities, as well as school settings. During her leisure time, Tonya can be found hiking, visiting her family, travelling, or simply enjoying a quiet day at home with her rescue dog. She has many new places and things to discover in Maine, but she’s most excited to explore the northern woods and the Canadian border.


Tim Davoren, PT, ATC
Physical Therapist – Yarmouth

Tim, a native New Englander, graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelors of Science Degree to become licensed as a Physical Therapist while also completing an internship program for his Athletic Training Certificate in 1993. During his nearly 30 years of clinical and on-field experience, Tim built up the largest physician owned therapy practice in Maine, and continues to challenge himself by staying up-to-date with his clinical education. Tim hones his expertise with all orthopedic injuries and surgeries allowing him to treat even the most complex athletic and workplace injuries with a focus on individualized patient care. Through his distinguished career, Tim has established a great network of physicians, personal trainers, coaches and allied health care providers to compliment his well-rounded patient care philosophy. He works daily with multi-sport and CrossFit athletes and is Slowtwitch FIT Institute F.I.S.T. BikeFit Certified. As a hyper-hobbied man, Tim has sacrificed his body to science, learning the bio mechanical challenges of many sports and experiencing first-hand how to manage stubborn injuries. Tim’s clinical approach is deeply personal and always flexible, he takes great pride in returning athletes back to sports. Tim currently resides in Yarmouth with his two teenage daughters and is a passionate outdoors man and avid cyclist. Tim is excited to start treating in our Yarmouth clinic.

Ryan Mulligan, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Yarmouth

Ryan graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science in 2011. Ryan continued his studies at the University of Connecticut and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2017. He returned to his roots in Maine with his wife and treats out of our Yarmouth office.  He enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal related injuries, and particularly enjoys working with athletes of all ages. Ryan is currently in the process of publishing a study assessing the role the cervical spine plays in upper extremity related injuries throughout the course of a collegiate baseball season.

Kelly Williamson, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Yarmouth

Kelly is a Massachusetts native who joined the Reform Physical Therapy team in 2020. She earned both her Bachelors of Science in 2015 as well as her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from Simmons College. Kelly has spent the past few years working in Cambridge, MA in an outpatient setting where she treated a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on athletic related injuries. She enjoys getting people back to doing their favorite activities and helping them keep an active lifestyle. Kelly is a runner that enjoys pretty much all outdoor activities and loves being by the ocean.

Bobby Cochrane, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS
Physical Therapy Manager – Kennebunk

Bobby is a New England native who got to Maine as soon as he could. Bobby graduated from the University of New England in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in 2012. Since that time, Bobby has worked in large outpatient orthopedics practices focusing on both operative and non-operative care. In 2016, Bobby became a Sports Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. This makes him one of 10 Sports Clinical Specialists in the state and 2500 nationally to hold this prestigious certification. While he has tremendous experience with orthopedic injuries, his true clinical passion is concussion management and treating individuals with post-concussion syndrome. Bobby goes the extra mile to provide exceptional, patient-focused care to ensure that patients receive top-notch service while at Reform Physical Therapy. Bobby is an avid outdoorsman and fisherman. When he is not working, you can find him with his wife, two young boys and Golden Retriever named Moose.

Becky Hartley
Patient Care Coordinator – Freeport

Becky has lived in Maine for over 40 years and comes to Reform with over 15 years of medical office experience. She is a “Navy Brat” and lived in Pennsylvania, Florida, New Jersey, and even Sicily before settling in Maine with her family as a teenager. She has one dog, three children, and three grandpuppies. She loves spending time with family, the bigger the family gathering the better. And during the summer, or whenever it’s nice out, she loves to go to the beach, especially Popham in Phippsburg.

Jill Pyburn
Patient Care Coordinator

Jill is a Maine native who comes to us with more than 15 years of experience working in the Hannaford corporate offices. Her background in both culinary arts and nutrition is reflective of her never-ending quest for a well-balanced life, and has fueled her passion for cooking, baking, and exercise. Jill is committed to providing quality customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

When not at work, you can find Jill at the gym, testing out a new recipe from scratch, or enjoying a nice long walk around the neighborhood. Jill currently resides in her hometown of Wells with her husband and two adopted cats, Jack and Java.

Darcy Pearl
Authorization & Billing Coordinator

Darcy joined the Reform team in 2018 shortly after she and her husband relocated to Brunswick from northern Maine. Darcy joined our team as a Patient Care Coordinator at our Topsham clinic, but with Reform’s growth and expansion, she has transitioned to our practice Authorization & Billing Coordinator. She has vast experience working in customer service roles at all levels; coming to us with extensive banking knowledge, office experience, and nail technician certifications to name a few. Darcy’s calm demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, and unwavering kindness make her the ideal fit for Reform’s ever-changing and growing insurance needs.


Alissa Pollis
Marketing Coordinator

Alissa is our Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator. She started with us in 2017 after working in the Patient Access department at CMMC for a couple of years. She lives in Lewiston and when not at work she enjoys hiking, travelling, reading, baking, and spending as much time as possible with her niece and nephews.
