Treatment Services Include:
- Manual Therapy – Conveniently located near the Maine Mall, our South Portland clinic offers hands-on manual therapy designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support your active lifestyle — from long workdays to weekend hikes. Our therapists use targeted techniques to help you move more comfortably and confidently.
- Cupping Therapy – Located near Portland’s vibrant arts and retail scene, our South Portland team offers cupping therapy to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and restore movement — especially helpful for patients who spend long hours on their feet.
- Vertigo & Balance Therapy– Dizziness, vertigo, or feeling unsteady can be unsettling and disruptive to everyday life. Our South Portland physical therapists provide vestibular and balance therapy to help reduce dizziness, improve stability, and restore confidence with movement. Whether symptoms came on suddenly or have been lingering, we’ll help you feel grounded and steady again.
- Concussion Rehabilitation-Recovering from a concussion can feel frustrating — especially when symptoms linger longer than expected. Concussion rehabilitation in South Portland focuses on safely addressing dizziness, headaches, balance challenges, visual disturbances, and sensitivity to movement. Our team works at your pace to help your nervous system recover so you can return to work, school, sports, and daily life with confidence.
- Running Assessments – Running assessments in South Portland help identify movement patterns that may be contributing to pain or injury. Whether you train on the Greenbelt or around town, we’ll help fine-tune your form so you can run with more efficiency and confidence.
- Post-Surgical Rehabilitation– Recovering from surgery requires a structured and guided approach. We help you rebuild strength, restore mobility, and safely return to your routine after procedures like joint replacements or ligament repairs.
- Sports Injury Rehabilitation-Whether you’re an athlete or just staying active, we treat sports-related injuries and help you safely return to your activity with improved strength, mobility, and performance.
- Injury Prevention and Performance Training-We don’t just treat injuries—we help prevent them. Our team works with you to improve strength, flexibility, and movement patterns so you can stay active and avoid future issues.
- Pelvic Pain Treatment– We help treat pelvic pain by addressing the muscles, joints, and surrounding structures that may be contributing to your symptoms. Through personalized, one-on-one care, we focus on reducing pain and improving daily comfort.
- Postpartum Recovery– After pregnancy and delivery, your body goes through significant changes. Because of this, we support postpartum recovery by helping restore strength, improve core stability, and address symptoms like discomfort or weakness.
- Bladder and Bowel Dysfunction-We treat conditions such as urinary leakage, urgency, and bowel dysfunction. With the right approach, pelvic floor therapy can help you regain control and feel more confident in your daily life.
- Core and Pelvic Floor Strengthening– Your pelvic floor works closely with your core muscles. As a result, we focus on strengthening and coordinating these muscle groups to improve stability, reduce pain, and support movement.
- Prenatal Physical Therapy-Staying active during pregnancy is important, but it can also come with new challenges. That’s why we provide prenatal care to help reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and prepare your body for delivery.
- Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in Men– Pelvic floor therapy is not just for women. In fact, we also treat men experiencing pelvic pain, urinary issues, or post-surgical concerns with personalized care.
