Devin joined the Reform team in 2021 after moving to Maine from the west coast for his Doctorate program. After high school, he attended Central Washington University where he earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Clinical Physiology and Biology. He then moved to Maine where he completed the necessary course work to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England. Patient Review:

I had a full tear rotator cuff surgery in mid July of 2022. I started rehab in September with Devin Bulick at Reform Physical Therapy in Yarmouth, ME. I credit my astonishing full recovery in six months to his steady coaching and creative encouragement. He modified treatments to my specific challenges and goals of work and sports. Thanks to Devin and Reform-PT, I’m back to working full time in the trade, snowboarding and nordic skiing. Tracy, the office assistant always went above and beyond rescheduling appointments and helping make times fit with my busy work schedule. Thanks again. Ben Weigel, 62, Falmouth, ME
