Heather Kelsey, PT, DPT

Heather is a dedicated and compassionate clinician with a deep commitment to personalized patient care. A native of Massachusetts, she has always felt a strong connection to Maine, having spent many childhood summers visiting family there. Heather’s athletic background as a gymnast for 12 years has instilled in her a lifelong passion for fitness, and she hopes to continue performing back handsprings for years to come.

An accomplished student from an early age, Heather consistently excelled academically and received numerous accolades throughout high school. She pursued higher education at Husson University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2022, followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2024.

During her graduate studies, Heather gained extensive experience in various physical therapy settings, including Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor and two outpatient clinics in New England specializing in manual treatment and orthopedic conditions. Her clinical internships provided valuable opportunities to learn from seasoned therapists and refine her skills, allowing her to successfully treat a diverse range of patients and conditions.

Heather joined Reform Physical Therapy in 2024, shortly after passing her PT board exam. She is proud to be part of a clinic that emphasizes one-on-one patient care and is passionate about helping people in her community achieve their health and wellness goals. Heather thrives in the outpatient physical therapy setting, where she can make a tangible difference in her patients’ lives.

Outside of the clinic, Heather enjoys staying active at the gym, spending quality time with family and friends, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
