Alison Newell, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist – Kennebunk

Ali was born in New Hampshire but has spent the majority of her adult life here in Maine (aside from a few years in rural Pennsylvania). She graduated from the University of New England (UNE) with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Studies and a minor in psychology in 2014. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 from UNE as well. Ali has primarily worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting with patients ranging from young athletes to older adults with balance impairments. She strongly believes in emphasizing proper alignment, posture, core stability, and preventive care with a special focus on empowering her patients through education.

Outside of the clinic, Ali enjoys cooking, gardening, and soaking up as much beach time as possible with her family.
