Orthopedic Physical Therapy in South Portland

As a South Portland physical therapist, Jennifer treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, joint pain, sports injuries, and overuse conditions. She combines evidence-based techniques with hands-on treatment to reduce pain and restore mobility.

Because every patient presents differently, Jennifer develops individualized treatment plans tailored to specific goals, lifestyles, and activity levels. As a result, patients experience meaningful, lasting improvements.

Treatment Philosophy & Approach

Jennifer believes education plays a vital role in recovery. Therefore, she takes time to explain each diagnosis and treatment strategy so patients feel informed and confident in their progress.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, she evaluates movement mechanics, strength deficits, and functional limitations. This comprehensive approach allows her to address the root cause of discomfort and promote long-term success.

Experience & Clinical Background

Jennifer earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons College and has developed strong clinical expertise through years of outpatient orthopedic practice. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to ongoing education and evidence-based care.

Her goal is simple: help patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most.

Outside the Clinic

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys staying active and spending time with her family. She values balance, movement, and community — principles she brings into her patient care.
