Treatment Philosophy & Approach
Mackenzie believes that education and communication are essential parts of recovery. She takes time to ensure patients understand their diagnosis, treatment plan, and the “why” behind each exercise.
Her approach is rooted in evidence-based care, functional movement, and long-term sustainability. She focuses not only on relieving pain but also on building strength and confidence so patients can maintain their progress well beyond discharge.
Every treatment plan is individualized, and every patient is treated with compassion and respect.
