Jennifer Danley, PT, DPT
Helping Patients Move Better, Feel Stronger, and Return to What Matters Most

Jennifer Danley, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Reform Physical Therapy’s South Portland location. She provides personalized care focused on improving movement, reducing pain, and helping individuals return to the activities they love.
Jennifer specializes in orthopedic physical therapy and works with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, balance concerns, and musculoskeletal conditions. Through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based care, she helps each patient build confidence and achieve meaningful, long-lasting results.
Personalized Physical Therapy Care in South Portland
Jennifer earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Simmons College and has built strong clinical expertise through years of outpatient orthopedic experience. Throughout her career, she has continued to expand her skills through advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and movement assessment.
Jennifer believes successful physical therapy begins with understanding each patient’s individual goals. Because every person moves differently, she develops customized treatment plans designed around each patient’s lifestyle, activity level, and specific needs.
Her treatment approach combines patient education, hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercise, and movement-based strategies. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Jennifer looks at movement patterns, strength limitations, and contributing factors to help patients achieve long-term improvements.
Life Outside the Clinic
Outside the clinic, Jennifer enjoys staying active and spending quality time with her family. She values movement, balance, and connection, which are principles she brings into her approach to patient care every day.
