Meet Hilary, Physical Therapist in Southern Maine
Hilary is a skilled and compassionate provider at Reform Physical Therapy. She was born in Maine and moved to Southern Maine in 2015. From an early age, she was drawn to physical therapy after sustaining an injury herself. At the same time, she watched her brother recover from three ACL and meniscus surgeries. As a result, she developed a strong desire to help others overcome physical setbacks.
Education and Experience
Hilary earned her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Husson University. Shortly after, she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of patients, especially older adults. Hilary specializes in treating individuals with balance and memory challenges. Because of her calm and patient nature, she builds strong relationships with both patients and their families.
Orthopedic Skills and Manual Therapy
Most recently, Hilary has returned to orthopedic physical therapy with renewed focus. She enjoys using manual techniques in each session. In addition, she continues to grow her skills through hands-on practice and continuing education. Her treatments are evidence-based and tailored to each person’s needs. As a hands-on therapist, she believes in creating a supportive, results-driven environment.
Outside the Clinic
When she’s not in the clinic, Hilary is all about family and time outdoors. She enjoys golfing with her husband and kids. Additionally, she coaches her children’s basketball and soccer teams. No matter where she is, Hilary brings warmth, movement, and connection into every part of her life.
Hilary is dedicated to helping her patients move better, feel stronger, and regain independence—one meaningful session at a time.
