Physical Therapy Supervisor – Freeport

Delaney is a Freeport Maine physical therapist who brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to every session. Since joining the Reform Physical Therapy team in 2018, she has helped patients reduce pain, regain balance, and recover from chronic conditions using both modern techniques and hands-on care. With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, Delaney combines clinical skill with a calm, supportive demeanor that puts her patients at ease from day one.

Specialties in Chronic Pain, Headaches & Balance

Since starting her career, Delaney has continued to expand her clinical skillset. She uses evidence-based techniques to treat a wide range of conditions including neck and back pain, shoulder pain, vestibular disorders, and gait or balance issues. In particular, she has had remarkable success reducing debilitating headaches through targeted, hands-on treatments.

Moreover, Delaney’s calm, patient-focused demeanor makes her stand out. She takes the time to understand each person’s goals and offers an individualized approach that helps her patients feel safe and supported during every visit.

Advanced Certifications & Whole-Body Focus

Delaney has earned advanced certifications in Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction, and Fall Prevention. In addition, she has invested time in understanding how the nervous system affects pain, recovery, and long-term mobility. As a result, her therapeutic approach is both modern and holistic addressing not just symptoms but root causes.

Life in Portland

When she’s not at the clinic, Delaney enjoys baking new recipes, gardening, and exploring hidden gems around Portland. She lives in the city with her husband and their rescue dog.
