Meet Emily Buczkowski, PT

Emily attended the University of Maine, where she earned her degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education in 2016. She began her career working in the local Maine school systems as a Physical Education and Health teacher before pursuing her passion for physical therapy. Emily went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University at their Arizona campus.

Following graduation, Emily gained valuable experience working in both Flagstaff, AZ and Scarborough, ME in outpatient orthopedic clinics. She treats a wide variety of cases including general orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and pediatric patients.

As a therapist, Emily’s goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel encouraged and empowered throughout their care. She is passionate about helping individuals reach their personal goals and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys swimming, hiking, and spending time with her fiancé, Matt, and their dog, Telly. She also loves getting lost in a good book or binge-watching a new favorite show.
