PAYTON LIMA, PT, DPT

Payton earned her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from the University of Tampa in 2019 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions in May 2022. Growing up, Payton was a dancer, gymnast, and elite competitive cheerleader, continuing her cheerleading career at the D2 collegiate level at the University of Tampa.

Her background fuels her passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation in dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders, and skiers. Payton enjoys working with patients of all sports and ages, focusing on providing top-quality care while building meaningful relationships. You can often find her exercising alongside her patients during treatment sessions!

In her free time, Payton enjoys hiking with her dog, riding her Peloton, visiting Lake Winnipesaukee, skiing at Sugarloaf, and cooking homemade meals.
