Health & Wellness Collaborative Series
Don’t Neglect Your Health, Reform It
Physical therapy is a critical tool for managing injuries, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal conditions, yet many of us avoid seeking treatment. This series of collaborative events serves as an introduction for those unfamiliar with the benefits of PT, as well as an opportunity to network with other local businesses also serving their communities by promoting active, healthy lifestyles.

Josh Gould, Owner – Seacoast Strength & Conditioning
We are excited to announce our Health & Wellness opening event highlighting Seacoast Strength & Conditioning! On April 29th, come meet Josh Gould, Owner – CPT, CES, USAW of Seacoast Strength and Conditioning of Rye, NH and now Kittery, ME who will be presenting on the topic of “The Do’s and Don’ts of Exercise for Fat Loss.”

During his Junior year in college he relocated to Boston to expand his exposure in the fitness industry while finishing his degree. Josh was also invited to lecture at various Fitness Conferences both regionally and nationally to present on Personal Training topics. He is a 3 time Speaker at the Health and Fitness Conference & Expo, the largest in the world.
After accumulating certifications and experience it was time to move back to NH and open up Seacoast Strength & Conditioning in 2016.
“Seacoast Strength’s mission is to provide real training solutions to individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and need.
We looked at the weaknesses of traditional training models and created a way to offer a premium training service with a better value with our unique Group Personal Training format. After opening in 2016 our unique approach to training took off and our first facility grew from a modest 800sqft room to the 4,000sqft modern training facility it is today along with a new facility that just opened in Kittery, ME.”

My qualifications as a Board Certified Health and Wellness Nurse Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist ensure that I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each session. At the heart of my practice is a holistic nursing approach, which emphasizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. This approach recognizes that true wellness encompasses not just physical health, but also emotional and mental well-being.
By addressing all aspects of a person’s life, we can create a more balanced and fulfilling path to health. Bodywork is an essential component of my practice, offering a range of techniques to promote relaxation, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I incorporate various modalities to address your unique needs. An essential component of whole care is building a community of like-minded professionals for collaboration and referrals. I look forward to telling you more about my practice and how it can benefit you!”
