Meet Nic, PT in Southern Maine
Nic Paré is a highly skilled physical therapist with advanced training in sports rehabilitation and orthopedic care. A proud New England native, Nic earned both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Husson University in Bangor, Maine.
In 2023, Nic completed a prestigious sports physical therapy residency at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital in Texas, where he treated high school, collegiate, professional, and aging athletes. This experience shaped his elite performance approach to everyday rehab, helping patients of all fitness levels move better and feel stronger.
Nic is a board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS), a distinction that reflects his dedication to clinical excellence in athletic rehabilitation. He is especially passionate about ACL recovery and return-to-sport protocols.
In addition to his sports training, Nic is certified in dry needling and vestibular rehabilitation. He has pursued advanced coursework in treating vertigo, post-concussion syndrome, and cervical dizziness. Whether helping someone return to their sport or improve balance and coordination, Nic tailors each session with precision, care, and intention.
He believes that the details matter, and his patient-first philosophy means you’ll receive thoughtful, evidence-based care at every stage of recovery.
