Joe Mazza is originally from New Jersey, but he’s always felt a strong connection to Maine. Growing up, he spent his summers on Long Lake in Naples, where he developed a love for the outdoors and a deep appreciation for the local community. That connection led him to attend the University of Maine, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Biology in 2022.

With a strong interest in human movement, health, and rehabilitation, Joe went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Western Carolina University, graduating in May of this year. He’s excited to begin his career as a physical therapist and is passionate about helping people regain function, build strength, and return to the activities they love most.

Joe takes a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on building trust and creating personalized treatment plans that support each individual’s goals. Whether someone is recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or overcoming a sports injury, Joe is committed to guiding them through the process with compassion and expertise.

In his free time, Joe enjoys watching the Yankees, fishing, and spending time with his fiancée and their dog, Archie. Now living in Maine full-time, he’s proud to be serving the community that shaped so much of who he is.
