Jennifer Waddell, MSPT, CLT

Physical Therapist – Eliot

Meet Jennifer Waddell, PT in Southern Maine
Jennifer brings 24 years of experience and compassionate care to the Eliot clinic at Reform Physical Therapy. She earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 1998. Shortly after, she returned to her hometown of Presque Isle, Maine, to begin her career treating both inpatient and outpatient populations.
Specialized Training in Women’s Health & Cancer Rehab
By 2000, Jennifer had expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. At the same time, she pursued additional coursework in women’s health. As a result, she developed a robust women’s health and cancer rehab program in Aroostook County—one of the first of its kind in the area.
Her clinical focus includes pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum support, urinary incontinence, cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema care, and recovery following breast reconstruction. Moreover, Jennifer emphasizes patient education and long-term quality of life in every session.
Empowering Recovery Through Every Stage
Over the years, Jennifer has developed a deep passion for working with oncology patients. Whether someone is newly diagnosed, currently in treatment, or rebuilding strength afterward, she offers physical therapy that meets them exactly where they are. In every case, her goal is to help patients return to an active lifestyle that continues long after treatment.
Rooted in Family and Community
Now based in South Berwick, Jennifer lives with her husband and four children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her local community. She’s excited to bring her unique skill set and whole-person care to the Reform PT team in Eliot.
With extensive training, years of experience, and a heart for healing, Jennifer is proud to walk alongside her patients on their wellness journey.
