Meet Denise – Front Desk Coordinator at Reform Physical Therapy in South Portland, Maine
Denise joined the Reform Physical Therapy South Portland team during the clinic’s grand opening in December 2023. Since then, she has felt a strong sense of connection and support from the Reform team. As a result, she’s excited to continue learning and growing alongside her colleagues while helping create a positive and welcoming environment for every patient.
With years of experience in the hospitality industry, Denise brings a well-rounded approach to customer service. More importantly, her warmth and friendly smile help put patients at ease from the moment they walk through the door. Whether she’s assisting with scheduling or greeting visitors, she consistently ensures each interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Outside of work, Denise enjoys walking along the beautiful southern Maine coastline. In fact, the scenery reminds her of the coastal environment where she grew up in Gloucester, Massachusetts. After relocating from Taunton, MA to Maine in 2010 with her husband, daughter, and son, Denise quickly fell in love with the lifestyle and natural beauty of the area. She still considers that move one of the best decisions her family ever made.
