Darcy Pearl
Authorization & Billing Coordinator
Darcy joined the Reform team in 2018 shortly after she and her husband relocated to Brunswick from northern Maine. Darcy joined our team as a Patient Care Coordinator at our Topsham clinic, but with Reform’s growth and expansion, she has transitioned to our practice Authorization & Billing Coordinator. She has vast experience working in customer service roles at all levels; coming to us with extensive banking knowledge, office experience, and nail technician certifications to name a few. Darcy’s calm demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, and unwavering kindness make her the ideal fit for Reform’s ever-changing and growing insurance needs.

Erin Minet
Insurance Verification Coordinator
Erin joined the Reform corporate team in early 2022 as a secondary Insurance Verification Specialist. Erin is a born and raised Mainer, but ended up travelling the nation after marrying a Navy service member. When her husband retired from the Navy, they finally settled back in Maine. For over 10 years, Erin owned and managed her own preschool in Brunswick. Before that, she gained extensive office experience working for an engineering firm, a medical supply company, and for a local college. Erin’s varied work history offers her a myriad of skills that help her in her day-to-day work at Reform. Her patient demeanor, willingness to help, and ability to navigate difficult situations made her the perfect addition to our corporate team.
When not in the office, Erin can commonly be found playing pickleball or kayaking on the ocean with her family. Erin currently resides in Topsham with her husband, two teenage children, and their rescue pup.

Patti Wallen
Medical Billing Specialist
Patti joined the Reform team in 2022 as our in-house medical billing specialist. After growing up in Texas and Indiana, Patti made the move to the northeast and ultimately settled in Maine in 1992. With almost thirty years of experience in the medical billing field, Patti has the skillset and ability to navigate tricky billing situations with ease. Her attention to detail and well-rounded understanding of the insurance & billing process made her the perfect addition to our rapidly growing company. She enjoys the troubleshooting aspect of her role and stops at nothing to ensure all patient claims are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
When not in the office, Patti can typically be found kayaking, boating, visiting her granddaughter, or exploring all of Maine’s greatness. Patti currently resides in the Midcoast area with her husband and their youngest daughter.

Brittany Hutchings
Marketing Manager
Brittany is the Marketing Manager at Reform Physical Therapy, where she blends strategy and creativity to help the brand connect with patients and communities in a way that feels real and relatable. Currently completing her bachelor’s degree in marketing at Southern New Hampshire University, she brings a strong digital skill set to the table — from social media management and content creation to SEO, branding, and campaign development.
She believes that good marketing isn’t about flashy ads — it’s about building trust, telling a story, and making people feel seen. At Reform, Brittany is passionate about highlighting the heart behind healing and creating a digital presence that reflects the care happening inside every clinic.
When she’s not busy bringing big ideas to life, you can find her hanging out with her two teenage daughters — usually laughing, adventuring, or just soaking up the chaos and love that comes with raising strong, smart girls.
