Darcy Pearl
Authorization & Billing Coordinator
Darcy joined Reform Physical Therapy in 2018 after relocating to Brunswick from northern Maine. She originally began as a Patient Care Coordinator at our Topsham clinic, and as Reform expanded, she seamlessly transitioned into the role of Authorization & Billing Coordinator.
With a background that spans customer service at every level—along with extensive experience in banking, administrative operations, and even nail technician certifications—Darcy brings a rare blend of precision, versatility, and professionalism to our team. Her calm demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, and unfailing kindness make her an invaluable asset in managing Reform’s complex and ever-evolving insurance and authorization needs.

Erin Minet
Insurance Verification Coordinator
Erin joined the Reform corporate team in early 2022 as a Secondary Insurance Verification Specialist. A born-and-raised Mainer, she spent years traveling the country after marrying a Navy service member. When her husband retired, they returned home to Maine and planted roots once again.
Before joining Reform, Erin spent more than a decade owning and managing her own preschool in Brunswick. Prior to that, she built extensive administrative experience working for an engineering firm, a medical supply company, and a local college. Her diverse background gives her a broad skill set that she brings into her day-to-day work, making her adaptable, steady, and highly effective in navigating complex insurance needs.
Erin’s patient demeanor, willingness to help, and calm presence in difficult situations made her a natural fit for our corporate team.
Outside the office, Erin is often found playing pickleball or kayaking along the Maine coast with her family.

Patti Wallen
Billing Supervisor
Patti joined Reform Physical Therapy in 2022 as our in-house Medical Billing Specialist. Born and raised in Texas and Indiana, she eventually made her way to New England and settled in Maine in 1992—a place she’s been proud to call home ever since.
With nearly thirty years of experience in the medical billing field, Patti brings exceptional expertise and a calm, confident approach to even the most complex billing challenges. Her strong attention to detail, deep understanding of insurance processes, and ability to troubleshoot tricky situations make her an invaluable part of Reform’s corporate team. She’s dedicated to ensuring every patient claim is handled accurately, efficiently, and with the utmost care.
Outside the office, Patti enjoys kayaking, boating, spending time with her granddaughter, and exploring everything Maine has to offer. She currently lives in the Midcoast area with her husband and their youngest daughter.

Brittany Hutchings
Marketing Supervisor
Brittany Hutchings is the Marketing Supervisor for Reform Physical Therapy, leading the strategy behind our digital presence, community partnerships, and patient-focused communication across all seven clinic locations. With a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for serving local communities, Brittany blends creativity with data-driven strategy to help more people discover the care they need.
She manages everything from social media, SEO, and website content to event coordination, outreach, communications and brand development—making sure each clinic stays connected, visible, and engaged within Southern Maine. Brittany works closely with the clinical teams to highlight their specialties, share patient success stories, and create meaningful relationships with schools, referral partners, and local organizations.
Known for her warm personality, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence, Brittany brings both heart and strategy to her role. She strives to make every interaction—online or in person—reflect Reform’s mission to help our communities move better, feel stronger, and heal faster.
When she’s not busy bringing big ideas to life, you can find her hanging out with her two teenage daughters — usually laughing, adventuring, or just soaking up the chaos and love that comes with raising strong, smart girls.
