Patients at Reform Physical Therapy in Topsham and Yarmouth:

Christina Levesque, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Christina Levesque is a Rhode Island native who joined the Reform Physical Therapy clinic in October, 2014 after getting married. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology(’09) and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (’13) from Franklin Pierce University. Since graduating, Christina has worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting. She has participated in continuing education courses on manual therapy specifically treatment of cervical and lower back pain. She has also completed courses on maintaining patient compliance to achieve successful discharges. Her areas of interest include patients with general orthopedic impairments, sports related injuries, and neurological conditions. “I believe a person can control their pain, not let their pain control them”.


Ryan Mulligan, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Ryan graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science in 2011. Ryan continued his studies at the University of Connecticut and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2017. He returned to his roots in Maine with his fiancé and is eager to begin his career at Reform Physical Therapy in Topsham. He enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal related injuries, and particularly enjoys working with athletes of all ages. Ryan is currently in the process of publishing a study assessing the role the cervical spine plays in upper extremity related injuries throughout the course of a collegiate baseball season.


Samantha Wood, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Samantha is a Cumberland native! She attended Greely High School, and then went on to earn her Masters of Education. She was a math teach in Arizona before going on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University. While at Duke she became certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through the ACE. Samantha has worked in outpatient, sports, and skilled nursing settings, along with inpatient post-surgical therapy. She is passionate about working with people and is excited to be returning to her hometown community!


Rebecca Noonan, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Becca Noonan received her BA in Psychology from Oberlin College in 2008, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UCSF/SFSU in 2016. Since graduating, she has worked in an outpatient clinic that sees patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. Originally from Massachusetts, Becca is thrilled to be moving back to the Northeast and joining Reform Physical Therapy. She is passionate about collaborating with her patients and their healthcare teams to provide the best care for their needs. Becca has taken continuing education courses on advanced manual techniques including Myofascial Decompression (Cup Therapy) and joint mobilization, as well as on educational techniques and motivational interviewing. Her areas of interest include a broad range of orthopedic impairments, hypermobility disorders, vestibular conditions, and balance impairments.


Delaney Gaentano, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and joined the Reform team in 2018.

Although Delaney enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions including neck and back pain, shoulder pain, vestibular issues, gait and balance problems, and post-operative rehabilitation, her true passion lies in working with and treating patients suffering from chronic pain conditions. She is trained in Autonomic Awareness Technique (AAT) and has spent her first year of practice focusing on how the nervous system influences pain, recovery, and chronic mobility problems


Jill Partridge, MSGM
Business Manager/Owner

Jill Partridge has over 12 years experience operating a physical therapy clinic. She has a Master’s Degree in General Management from Lesley College in Cambridge, MA and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Simmons College in Boston, MA. Jill oversees the business side of Reform PT, including insurances, billing and human resources. Jill was raised in Maine and after operating two physical therapy clinics in Scituate and Norwell Massachusetts, was eager to return.


Alissa Pollis
Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator

 Alissa is our Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator. She started with us in 2017 after working in the Patient Access department at CMMC for a couple of years. She lives in Lewiston and when not at work she enjoys hiking, travelling, reading, baking, and spending as much time as possible with her niece and nephews.


Darcy Pearl
Patient Care Coordinator

Darcy moved from Newport to Topsham in 2018, and lives with her husband and college aged son. She comes to us with almost 15 years of banking experience, and is eager to try her hand in the healthcare world.

When not working she enjoys sports, traveling, the ocean, and spending as much time as possible with her friends and family.


Kelly Barlow
Patient Care Coordinator

Kelly moved to Brunswick from the Farmington area after working for 2 years as a CRMA/PSS at Sandy River. When not at work she likes to spend as much time as she can with her children and grandchildren. She enjoys the ocean, hiking, going on new adventures with her dog, Maisy, and living life to the fullest.
